Parents
If your child is going to be absent from school you must provide the school with an explanation. You must contact school by 8.45am. If we have not heard from you by 10am you will recieve a phone call from the school. If you do not respond you will be invited into school for a meeting.
It is important that we know where your child is.
If your child has a medical appointment you must provide evidence of that appointment and notify the school as soon as you are aware of that appointment.
If your child is late they will be given a late slip to take home. If you child is late more than twice in one week you will recieve a text message reminding you to bring your child on time. If you child is frequently late you will recieve a Punctuality Notice which may be counted towards a Penalty Notice and you may be fined.
Leave in Term Time is NOT permitted. If you take leave during term time you must complete an application form. The absence will be recorded as unauthorised and may count towards a Penalty Notice and you may be fined.
Please help us to educate your child by making sure that they attend school every day and on time.
